The Full Embodiment

This session offers full support for the entire being. We work with the physical body with an energetic focus, beginning with time for connection, reflection, and an optional mini tarot reading. This approach allows us to meet you as the multi-faceted being that you are, so that you may feel seen and heard, and emerge from the table fully embodied and connected to your truest self. Table work will include massage therapy and Reiki energy work with optional aromatherapy and crystals to cover the many layers of your human and spiritual existence.
The Renewal

This session is best for someone who wants to focus on two to three specific focus areas, or to have a little extra time for focused energy work.
The Release

This session is best for someone who wants to focus on one to two specific focus areas with brief energy work.

This session is best for someone who wants to focus on one to two specific focus area (i.e. upper body focus with minimal lower extremity work, low back and hip focus, etc).

This session is best for someone who wants to focus on relaxation and doesn’t experience chronic pain, or someone who has one specific focus area (i.e. upper body only, hip work, one shoulder injury recovery, etc).

The Energetic Reset
This session focuses on your energetic being. We use the presence of your own healing energy as well as our collective guides along with Reiki to settle your energy and invite your spirit to reintegrate fully with your body. During our time together, all that is needed from you is your openness to receive. Our intention together will help to calm the nervous system, create more flow and give you the opportunity to exist as you are.
